Welcome to Week #4 of Self-Care Awareness Month! We want you to continue to shower yourself with kindness this month.

This week, we are focusing on Emotional Wellness.

To get started, watch the 2 minute video below.

After watching the video, please download and print out the “Creating a Self-Care Plan for Emotional Well-Being” worksheet. You can then begin to create a personalized plan for yourself.

Then add your plan to your Self-Care Map and build those steps into your weekly or daily routine.
