Hi, I’m Sandy Golias, MT-BC

I am a board-certified music therapist and owner of Mountain Music Therapy Services in Colorado Springs, CO, where I serve older adults in all settings including hospice & palliative care.

Before becoming a music therapist, I got my Piano Performance and Music Education degrees from Barclay College in Kansas.  I was a Fine Arts Director in public and private schools for over 15 years, and currently my greatest joy is serving adults living with intellectual disabilities, children on the medicaid waiver, adults living with Parkinson’s, patients in hospice and palliative care.

The focus of my business is group music therapy sessions with older adult. Currently serving over 20 nursing, skilled, independent and memory care units; bringing compassion and dignity to this population are my personal passion.
