Our Mission
We believe that music therapists are leaders in healthcare.
Our mission is simple. We are here to help you improve service to your clients, grow in your practice, feel satisfied in your career, and reach all of your professional goals by providing high-quality music therapy continuing education.
Our online CMTE courses are perfect for you if . . .
> You are dedicated to providing your clients with the most effective strategies
> You provide top-notch service to your clients, but you have room to grow professionally
> You would like to be part of a vibrant community of other healthcare professionals who use music in healthcare
> You aspire to move up to the next level in your practice or business
> You believe that you were born to live your dream job, using music in your practice
We firmly believe that a healthy field depends upon the health and wellness of our individual community members. We have a deep interest in helping music therapists and healthcare professionals thrive and prosper.
We want to see you walking away from our online CMTE courses feeling more satisfied, more fulfilled, and more enriched in your career than ever before.
Founder
I’m Kat Fulton and I’m delighted to present this exciting learning platform to you.
As Founder, it is my responsibility to make sure that healthcare professionals who take and teach our courses feel honored to do so. I am fully dedicated to providing the absolute best experience for you here online.
With every new conference I attend, with every new healthcare professional friend I make, I realize more and more the brilliance of my colleagues. Therefore, helping my colleagues put their brilliant ideas on the web is an honor and privilege.
Here’s why I *love* doing what I’m doing here: I would dare to say that learning by video can be even more effective than learning in person, for some. Imagine working through the course materials when YOU want to.
Imagine replaying that one highly actionable technique, and implementing into a session… 5 minutes after viewing the video.
Imagine informing yourself of new research from a video, and using the fresh knowledge immediately to write a winning grant to serve the kids with whom you work.
Imagine the opportunity to replay the sign language, marketing plan, wellness pep-talk, reimbursement steps, and co-treating tips as many times as you’d like, whenever and where ever you are in the world.
The best part for me personally is that I serve merely as the vehicle for leaders to package their expertise online. This site is just another site dedicated to advocating for our clients and showing the world how important music therapy is for healthcare.
