Tailored To Telehealth
Telehealth can unlock access to music therapy for clients who cannot receive services in person, but the varying resources available from client to client make it challenging to effectively implement services. In this course, you will learn about the limitations of technology, material resources, and physical support common in telehealth settings and develop strategies to adapt their clinical practice to support your clients in different scenarios. You don’t always know what you’ll find on the other side of the screen, but you can confidently approach telehealth sessions with a gameplan for adapting your clinical practice to new challenges!
This course is approved by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) for 2 CMTEs.

Annie Roberson, MT-BC is a board-certified music therapist whose clinical experience ranges from NICU infants to older adults and most everything in between. Annie has a background in digital marketing and is passionate about using technology to increase access to quality music therapy services through education, advocacy, and telehealth.
